The energy-focused secondaries firm closed its oversubscribed debut vehicle in November 2025, securing $430 million in capital commitments.
"Since launching our first energy secondaries fund in 2023, we have raised nearly $350 million and deployed over $250 million," said CEO Brian Casey.
The newly launched firm provides liquidity solutions for energy and infrastructure sponsors and management teams.
The firm recently completed its largest secondary fundraise to date, securing $4.2 billion in capital commitments for Banner Ridge Secondary Fund VI.
