This will be the first of several planned vehicles aimed at advancing secondary market activity, primarily in the Japanese market.
"Since launching our first energy secondaries fund in 2023, we have raised nearly $350 million and deployed over $250 million," said CEO Brian Casey.
The newly launched firm provides liquidity solutions for energy and infrastructure sponsors and management teams.
The firm's secondaries business topped the $100 billion AUM milestone during the first quarter.
The new vehicle closed at twice its target and has already deployed two-thirds of its capital.
Its predecessor and the boutique investment firm's debut vehicle targeting this strategy raised $34 million in capital commitments.
