"Since launching our first energy secondaries fund in 2023, we have raised nearly $350 million and deployed over $250 million," said CEO Brian Casey.
The newly launched firm provides liquidity solutions for energy and infrastructure sponsors and management teams.

The Houston-based firm has raised $23 million across its first two vehicles, Pin Oak Energy Secondaries Funds I and II.
Its predecessor and the boutique investment firm's debut vehicle targeting this strategy raised $34 million in capital commitments.
