Fundraising momentum continues for the energy-focused investment firm's sophomore vehicle.
Its predecessor raised over $300 million in capital commitments, closing at twice its target earlier this year.
"Since launching our first energy secondaries fund in 2023, we have raised nearly $350 million and deployed over $250 million," said CEO Brian Casey.
The newly launched firm provides liquidity solutions for energy and infrastructure sponsors and management teams.
The firm recently completed its largest secondary fundraise to date, securing $4.2 billion in capital commitments for Banner Ridge Secondary Fund VI.
