Openstone Infraworld will initially target four funds managed by Macquarie, Partners Group, and Ares, including strategies focused on infrastructure secondaries.
The evergreen fund targets the energy, digital infrastructure, and transport sectors mainly through direct deals, complemented by secondaries and co-investments.
The partnership will also develop products for wealth investors, beginning with an evergreen private equity secondaries fund expected in the coming weeks.
Managed by Fundcraft France and initially distributed exclusively by Rhétorès Finance, the vehicle will combine primary and secondary investments, with monthly subscriptions and quarterly redemptions.
The recently registered interval fund, sub-advised by GCM Grosvenor, will target real asset investments through secondary, primary, co-investment, and listed transactions.
