The direct secondaries deal gives the French manager full ownership of the 460 MW Horse Creek and Electra wind farms in Texas, which it has backed since 2018.

The firm is reportedly exploring the sale at a valuation exceeding €8 billion after previous transactions brought Silver Lake, ADIA, and CapitalG onto the Italian software company's cap table.
