CAZ Strategic Opportunities Fund, which had a 30.6% allocation to secondaries as of Q3, according to SecondaryLink's Evergreen Screener, has now surpassed $500 million in assets.
The collaboration with LODAS Markets will first provide an additional liquidity pathway to investors of Harrison Street AM semi-liquid evergreen funds.
The increase was driven by continued strength in the firm's evergreen strategies, notably in AlpInvest and asset-backed finance, according to CFO Justin Plouffe.
The recently registered interval fund, sub-advised by GCM Grosvenor, will target real asset investments through secondary, primary, co-investment, and listed transactions.
Two CAZ funds are now available through the SoFi Invest platform, covering themes including GP stakes, professional sports, energy infrastructure, space, and defense.
"The acquisition meaningfully expands WTW's ability to serve clients' evolving needs and deliver differentiated private market solutions," said Diya Luke, Global Head of Investments at WTW.
