The deal marks the sixth investment made by Armen's inaugural GP stakes fund, which targets a portfolio of European alternative asset managers across different strategies.
The employee and early investor auction valued the workplace trust company at over £100 million and marked the third transaction conducted under the PISCES framework.
The $300 million secondary share sale was led by Wellington and T. Rowe Price and brought in new investors, including EQT, Goldman Sachs, and Sapphire Ventures.
The manager is also reportedly in advanced talks to acquire GIC and Silver Lake Partners' stakes in the breakdown recovery service provider, alongside other investors.
