The GP-led CFO gives investors exposure to funds across PE secondaries, portfolio finance, and co-investment strategies, along with two recently completed PE secondary deals.
The firm has reportedly engaged with prospective buyers to facilitate liquidity for investors in a US-based open-ended fund managed by Blackstone Property Partners.
The partnership will also develop products for wealth investors, beginning with an evergreen private equity secondaries fund expected in the coming weeks.
Evercore and Morgan Stanley acted as financial advisers to Amulet on the transaction, while Kirkland & Ellis served as legal adviser. Debevoise & Plimpton advised StepStone.
The transaction, expected to close in Q4, will support the growth of AREP's investment and development platform, including its vertically integrated data center strategy.
